Sunday was mother's day so we spent the day seeing both John and my parents. It was a bit of a whirlwind to be honest - lunch out with John's family at a local pub, then off to collect Cole from his Dads (it was his weekend to have him but I got special dispensation for mothers day!) and then off to see my Mum. So there wasn't a lot of time for posting yesterday unfortunately, but I thought I'd show you my lovely card from my beautiful son.
I am also blown away by the response to my wardrobe refashion post - thank you so much to all the lovely people who stopped by to say hi and leave a comment. It even went out on Craft Magazine's blog and daily email - It practically had me jumping up and down with excitement when I saw it.
What is soooo fantastic about this whole blogging community is how supporting and encouraging people are. It's always a great feeling to make something that you're really pleased with personally but to have other people tell you that they like it too is so gratifying. I've been pleased as punch this week - I love the cardigan and I really appreciate all of the wonderful positive blog love that's been coming my way!
Ok, so sweet! Really. Happy Mother's Day!

Happy mother's day! What a beautiful card, I see the artistic edge runs in the family.

In plain English, he means Uncle Sam will get stuck with the debt when banks blow up. The fact that happened in the recent cycle is a major cause of the rising debt that seems so alarming to those who demand immediate cuts in spending totally unrelated to the financial crisis.
